The problem
Six subscriptions, six logins — and the trip itself living in none of them.
6 logins · 6 bills · nothing syncs
The part nobody tells you
Two vendor invoices weren't approved yet, so they weren't in the margin.
AI, on the screen
Each panel is the AI part of a real screen, lifted out of it. Nothing around it, nothing staged. Two more principles close the set.
You do not open a menu of thirty-six modules and try to remember what to check. You open your work, ranked, each item carrying why it surfaced and the one action it needs.
How we know it holds: a new consultant can do a full day without touching the left nav.

A tour manager in Thimphu will not fill in a form at the end of a fourteen-hour day. They will send a voice note, in their own language, and the system does the structuring.
How we know it holds: close-outs and expenses land on the day they happen, not on return.

Margin, pacing, vendor performance and feedback come back as the thing your next proposal is priced against. This is the one asset a competitor cannot ship on their first day.
How we know it holds: answers cite your own history, and get better after each departure closes.

Approving forty things a day is still forty decisions. Set the boundary and the escalation, and AI works inside it — except money. Refunds, payouts and price overrides can never be governed this way.
One wrong visa deadline costs you the team’s trust in AI permanently. Every claim traces back to the record it came from, and “I don’t know” is a valid answer.
Underneath those five
Every one of them drafts. Not one of them sends.
Leads & CRM
Operations
Content & markets
No auto-send. Prices, dates and visa rules are retrieved, never generated.
Hold us to all five. Bring a departure that went wrong, and we will show you which of these would have caught it — and which wouldn’t.
Book a demoAsk the platform
An agent sits inside the console. It explains how the platform works, reads your live data, and makes the small changes your team would otherwise click through.
Before the journey even starts
Travellers tap “notify me” on destinations they want. When interest crosses your threshold, you open a departure — instead of guessing which tour will fill.
Enough demand to run a departure
How a trip actually runs
Up close
Three moments from that journey, opened up — the quote going out, the money landing, and the eight days your travellers are actually away.
Type what the customer told you. Your past departures tell you what's wrong with the draft.

TCS lands when you collect. Pending spend is shown apart from approved.
A tour manager in Thimphu won't fill in a form. They'll send a voice note.

One platform, two surfaces
One database underneath. What the traveller taps, your team already sees.
Designed to be lived with, day by day — from booking to reliving it afterwards.

Used by your travellers — and by your tour managers, in TM mode.
A CRM-first back office that runs the whole business from one screen.

Not a mock-up — the real product, running live at Travel Seasons today.
Travel stories · new
A feed inside the traveller app — trip moments from your tour managers, posts from travellers who opted in, stories from your office — every one of them a tap away from an enquiry.
Not a brochure. A traveller on your Bhutan departure sees their group's moments first; someone with Kerala on their wishlist sees Kerala. Save, share and enquire sit on every post.

A tour manager drops a trip moment from Dochula Pass. A traveller posts five mornings on the backwaters. Your office writes a story or a departure card.
Consent on every face, no phone numbers, prices or links in the text, the right departure tagged. One reviewer, one working day, approve or reject with a reason.
Ranked for each traveller from their wishlist and their trips. No two posts from one destination in a row; cards spaced out; a thin feed never starves.
Save puts the trip on their wishlist. Share carries their referral code. Enquire opens a lead with the post as its source — and the credit follows.
Five tabs on Content: review queue, trip moments, reports, insights, departure cards. Nothing reaches a traveller without passing through here.

Roles & permissions · new
Every operator has a job title software never heard of. Define it as a role, decide what it may see, change, approve and export in each module, and give it to the people who hold it.
Owner, business head, product owner, consultant, tour manager — those stay. A custom role sits on top of one of them, so every existing check keeps working.
View, edit, approve, export — and where the code can honour it, own, team or all. Nothing is granted by default, and nothing is inherited.
Their chip shows the role; the audit log shows who gave it and when. Only a super admin or business head can create or assign one.
Ask the console the same question as two different people and you get two different answers — and different actions it is allowed to take.
Refunds, payouts and price overrides stay behind the fixed ladder and a second pair of eyes, whatever a custom role says. That is a hard block, not a setting.
Who created the role, who changed a tick, who gave it to whom — in the same sealed audit log as every refund and every automated action.
And the rest of it
Fourteen modules nobody demos, and everybody needs.

Launch partner
Not a pilot. Every feature on this page runs a real business before it ships.
TripWise was built with, and launched by, Travel Seasons — a real group-tour operator running live departures, sales and daily reels on it today.
Who it's for
The line isn't group against FIT. It's whether you design the trip, run the ground, and keep the relationship afterwards.
Not for
Pure ticketing, hotel-only and standalone visa agencies. You need inventory and credit, not operations — and we'd rather say so now.
Getting started
Run one departure end to end on it. Then decide about the rest.
Bring one departure that went wrong. We'll show you where it'd have been caught.
One real departure. Nothing to unpick if it isn't for you.
Destinations, hotels, vendors and travellers come across. You keep selling.
Pricing
No commission, no per-booking fee. We are not in your transaction.
10 seats included
₹3,000 per additional seat
Everything except the AI layer.

Multiple brands, integrations, migration.
Billed monthly, in Indian rupees. Seats are named users, not devices.
Questions
If yours isn't here, it's probably the first thing we'll cover on the call.
No. Your own account, or pure DMC contracts. Bookings sit on your contract and your rates — we never resell inventory.
Thirty minutes with your own departures. If it wouldn't have caught it, we'll say so.
With SocialWise · new
The photos are already on the trip. The first draft writes itself.
SocialWise is Ekam Apps' content studio. TripWise hands it the trip's photos over a signed link; it hands back tagged media, best shots and drafted posts. Your reviewer still has the last word.
The trip supplies the material
Photos from the tour manager and consenting travellers, the departure, the day, the place.
Media library and drafts
Tags every photo, flags faces, picks the best shots, and drafts a post in the format you ask for.
Approve, edit, or reject
The draft lands in the review queue as an AI draft — never on the feed. One person decides.
